The cake was very delicious, but the overall packaging and customer service experience was disappointing. For such a tall and delicate cake, I expected more care regarding the box and packaging. In other places I have bought even bigger cakes and there was always a more professional solution. Also, one of the saleswomen often seemed cold and unwelcoming in communication, which makes the customer experience uncomfortable. The products are very good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

I'm a tiramisu fan, and my friend said this place has good tiramisu. So I came to try it out. Turns out it's a cake with a tiramisu flavor, not a real tiramisu. But it still tastes good and the price is right. However, the cream isn't that great.

I tried three different kinds of cake from this place and I have to say it they were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. They have a big collection of sweets.
