I regularly order churros with caramel sauce here, and until now it was always good. This time, however, the portion was much smaller than usual and the caramel sauce was practically missing. When I asked for the normal amount of sauce, the staff member (apparently the chef) rudely refused and dismissed me by saying “it’s enough for her.” Such arrogance and poor attitude towards a customer is unacceptable. Paying customers deserve consistency, respect, and value for money — not rudeness and stingy portions. Easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

Inflation is one thing but 20 fries for 2,5 euro is another. thats just ridiculous! and the burger tastes of beef but nothing else there, half a slice of chili, for sure thats 3,5 euro... and since price inflation is the new thing, the mayo is 0,5 euro on top. i remember when it was free along with fries. never ever again...

Don't get deceived by the Burger King brand name like I did ! Burger is not even hot, leaving taste aside. They didn't even invest their time in preheating the patty inside the burger. They are least bothered in maintaining food quality, may be because of monopoly in this region with not much of competition around and good number of customers.

Staff acts very aggressiv today, we saw other customers orderd food 21:58 and the girl was totally aggressiv. This is not how to deal with customers
