We arrived around 11am on a Saturday and were glad to beat the queues, as the restaurant became much busier shortly after. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, with a very authentic Bavarian feel. We ordered the white sausages, half pork knuckle, veal schnitzel, and the Augustiner Hell house beer. Everything was excellent. The pork knuckle was the highlight for us — the skin was exceptionally crispy while the meat inside remained tender and flavourful. The white sausages were soft, delicate, and tasted very fresh,
Marina★★★Food doesnt taste bad but the meats were really dry, I never leave food and I had to leave some behind here. The Apfel strudel was delicious. There were plenty of german people there, so I dont think it is a tourist trap. Service was quick to take our order and bring out the food, but we had to try hard to hunt them down to ask for dessert and again to bring our bill. The interiors were really cool, we sat downstairs but upstairs looked nicer.
