Bread 41 absolutely lives up to the hype. We stopped by the Pearse Street location and found a line outside, but it moved efficiently and was well worth the wait. The staff were outstanding. They were patient, took the time to explain the different options, and made thoughtful recommendations, which was especially helpful with so many tempting choices on display. We loved it so much that we returned the next day around 9am for breakfast. There was still a queue, but it moved faster this time. We tried the sausage roll, custardos, and a salted knot with our coffees. The sausage roll was delicious and really fi
