The only negative thing is the lack of paper napkins. We took tea and hot chocolate for four people, they put two paper napkins on a tray. When I had to wipe the chocolate-smeared faces of my kids, I went to look for extra napkins. On the table with sugar etc they had no napkins. And I couldn't ask the cashier because there was a queue. So we went away. It seems to me that Costa is enough big chain of coffee places and can afford to put a box of paper napkins on every table.

I love this place. Always a very good coffee. Probably one of the best in the town. Personal is professional and very nice. It would be great if they had more sitting area. One of my favorite places.
