From taste perspective it’s got the perfect acidity along with great texture and a perfect pitta bread! The pickles is also awesome, and tahini and olive oil the same. Good hummus should be simple and good like that and it’s actually pretty hard to find. I wish in the future they’ll add to the menu a nice varied salad. Go eat there!
