Hummus Erez is the best hummus in Rishon LE Tzion, and I’ve checked them all. Very tasty, very fresh, always excellent service. Just like hummus should be. I do recommend. From taste perspective it’s got the perfect acidity along with great texture and a perfect pitta bread! The pickles is also awesome, and tahini and olive oil the same. Good hummus should be simple and good like that and it’s actually pretty hard to find. I wish in the future they’ll add to the menu a nice varied salad. Go eat there!

Hummus is good, the interior seems to have been recently renovated and service was very kind. Prices are fair and unlike other places they do not charge an exaggerated price for Hummus with meat. They gave us extra chips and refill is free! Really a great experience.
