As expected in Catania and the surrounding areas, the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The pizza dough was baked perfectly neither burnt nor undercooked, just right. It could have been even better with a bit more tomato sauce, so the tangy flavor would spread more evenly across the crust. As for my husband’s pizza, it was flawless.
