On the beautiful island of Ortigia, we had a very delicious and high-quality lunch. I ordered a Diavola pizza, and my husband chose a four-cheese pizza. As expected in Catania and the surrounding areas, the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The pizza dough was baked perfectly neither burnt nor undercooked, just right. I honestly sometimes don’t understand how people make very very pretentious comments like “best pizza I had in Sicily” 🤦🏻‍♂️. Seriously??? Very f… average pizza. It is good, tasty ok but not the best. I came here with an expectation to have my mind blown and eat my fingers but no, not at all. 1K reviews with an average of 4.6 points I totally disagree. They make better pizza in London. I am slowly losing my trust in Google reviews. 2 stars for “coper” where there was literally nothing… Atmosphere 1 star you can go check out
