What people say

The food is good. Staff very friendly and helpful. We went on a weekday morning and there was plenty of parking.
I really liked their matcha the first time I tried it at the Souk Exhibit, but it tasted totally different at their branch. I’m not sure why, but I’ll give it one last chance. For someone who’s never tried it before, I think you should give it a shot
Loved the cafe, I'll definitely be back with my book.

I have to say, this is my favorite spot in Nairobi. As a family we started with Beef Sambusa to share. Followed by the Margarita Pizza for the kid, Beef Fatija, Spaghetti & Steak and the Rice and Goat Meat. It was a spectacular lunch. I forgot the Lotus cheesecake is an absolute must have. The only thing that didn't speak to me was the Passion fruit juice for me. However, the staff are amazing humans!

Trevor★★★★★

celebrated my birthday lunch at Biscotti Café, and it was honestly the perfect choice. From the moment I walked in, the ambience felt warm, classy, and calm — ideal for a solo birthday date. Service was attentive, the space was elegant, and the whole experience felt like soft luxury. If you’re looking for a spot in Nairobi for a solo date, celebration, or just a good meal, Biscotti Café definitely delivers.

Really enjoyed my experience here ☕ I had the opportunity to taste their coffee, and it was delicious and well-prepared. The place has a nice, welcoming vibe, and the service makes you feel comfortable. A great spot for good coffee and a relaxed moment. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

When I walked in it was very quiet and peaceful. The waitress walked us to our seats and got our order. Everything came out in a timely fashion. The chef made a very small mistake and fixed it immediately. Overall a great experience and I recommend EVERYONE who visits Nairobi to please make sure to stop by.

***Location*** Not a bad location. Easily accessible from Parklands or Westlands. You can walk, drive or even take a boda boda to get here. A star for location. ***Atmosphere *** The cafe is very spacious, open, lots of light and air flowing. It is also cute with a very calming feel because of the cool colours. A star for overall ambience. ***Service*** The service was okay. Not consistent. First time got really nice service, second time round got just average service. Half a star for service. ***Food and beverages *** The menu is not complicated - very straightforward actually, but most food items are not suitable for people who don't consume dairy or gluten. Wish the menu indicated different food allergens. Half a star for the menu. ***Personal Experience*** I got an iced Americano, and the sausage egg wrap that was served with a side of fries and a salad. There was no indication that the wrap would have cheese, but it did😔. I found the fries too salty and dry. They should leav
