Marc Lappin★★★★★When we visited Gouda back in 2023, this place was very busy so we didn’t get a chance to try it. Fast forward to March 26, we returned and had breakfast here. The welcome was very friendly, our waitress was attentive and the food was glorious. Good prices too. I don’t know if this is a chain or not but definitely worth the visit. Nice coffee as well.

The MUSHROOM BURGER (with truffle mayo, pine nuts, and a touch of magic) was rich, earthy, and absolutely nailed it. The PASTRAMI was decent — tasty enough, just "not the bagel you’re looking for". Flat whites were excellent. Smooth, confident and flavorsome. Staff were warm, sharp, and quietly brilliant — the whole place has a calm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger. It’s not just a bagel place — "it’s a trap". Would go again!
Suji★★★★I ate here around 12pm and it was very nice and calm. The staff very friendly and the food was great. Especially the wild Alaskan salmon bagel Japanese style! The wasabi mayonnaise was really good combined with the other ingredients.
