I liked the baked goods, it was delicious though the hot chocolate was not worth my money it was very bitter it tasted like a cheap branded hot chocolate mix, I didn’t like it at all it was bad enough that I saw an unfinished cup at the parking lot. It’s so disappointing to see a good cafe decline in quality for it have a good reputation and good products and a lovely location. The staff on the other hand showed no effort and enthusiasm or patience in serving me because of how crowded the cafe was, simply they can’t handle the pressure of many customers at once. The price was not affordable and very expensive they charged me more because I chose the marshmallow with the hot chocolate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kaleem Cafe is honestly one of my favorite spots in Muscat. The place is spacious, calm, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The atmosphere feels modern but still cozy. We ordered Um Ali, date cake, peppermint tea, hot matcha latte, V60, and water — everything was excellent. The Um Ali was rich and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. The date cake was soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The peppermint tea was refreshing, the matcha latte was smooth and well-prepared, and the V60 was clean and aromatic. Service was friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt comfortable from start to finish. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

Lovely cafe! Very nice decor, awesome vibe. Nice and calm atmosphere. Good food, good portions. Their pastries are huge and looked to die for! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I was their with a group of friends and we all felt that the only thing they can improve on is to maybe try a different choice of coffee bean roast for their coffee? It was extremely bitter. Everything else was 👌🏻. I will definitely go back.
