The owner of this family owned restaurant doubles as the cook and specializes in traditional recipes from the Spanish countryside. This is a good value for the price, I highly recommend it if you are near Arganda del Rey.

The gachas (a type of porridge) were also very good, everything is homemade, and the atmosphere is great. It's a little hidden, just behind the Plaza de la Constitución, but it's easy to get to and has a small terrace. We'll be back whenever we can.
