Friendly, outgoing staff. The Rabo de Toro, cocido and tortilla Española are all fantastic! The owner of this family owned restaurant doubles as the cook and specializes in traditional recipes from the Spanish countryside. This is a good value for the price, I highly recommend it if you are near Arganda del Rey.

YES!! Finally, a place that makes potatoes with aioli the way they should be... spectacular!! The gachas (a type of porridge) were also very good, everything is homemade, and the atmosphere is great. It's a little hidden, just behind the Plaza de la Constitución, but it's easy to get to and has a small terrace. We'll be back whenever we can.
