We ordered the Sumac Tomato, the chicken shawarma pita, and the duck shawarma salad and it all came really quickly after we ordered. The food was fresh and flavorful. Although the portions were smaller, we left satisfied. Including a bottle of wine and two small water bottles we paid 63€ which I thought was reasonable. Plus, friendly service and very attentive!

Oh my goodness. Just had probably the best Mediterranean meal ever. I think Ottolenghi would agree. First, the atmosphere. In this day of corporate restaurants, large tourist centered vibes , this is a gem. Small, intimate and alive with passion. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. Absolutely loved Silan! We used to walk by often and the delicious smell always caught our attention, so we finally went to try it — and it was worth the wait. We started with the traditional hummus and thought “let’s try the brioche bread”… but honestly, why stop there? The Jerusalem bagel also came along and it was impossible to resist. Both were amazing!
