This is some of the best food I have had in Spain. I started with the salmon nigiri, it was buttery and delicious. Next I had the spicy crunchy rol which had just the right amount of spice but didn't over power the flavor of the roll. The ebi aburi roll had truffle on it and was truly exquisite.
