You will not be disappointed here! This little sushi bar is an amazing place. The fish is super fresh. The flavor profiles are excellent. This is some of the best food I have had in Spain. I started with the salmon nigiri, it was buttery and delicious. Next I had the spicy crunchy rol which had just the right amount of spice but didn't over power the flavor of the roll. The ebi aburi roll had truffle on it and was truly exquisite. The tuna hand roll was also the perfect flavor profiles. If you love sushi and are in Burgos this restaurant is a MUST try. It’s was really wounderful time with Ama sushi bar . The sushi rolls were meticulously arranged in a vibrant rainbow, the pink salmon, the creamy avocado, and the stark white rice creating a feast for the eyes. Thankyou very much AMA sushi 🍣.

I really like this place for the poke. Massive quantity of salmon (I ordered extra for 1€). Seaweed salad, avocado, fried onions, edamame, mango, cucumbers… nice to have typical additions already included in the price. Highly recommend.
