Service and food are excellent, the local is spacious but a bit loud (perhaps too noisy to have a good conversation). Waiting times are not excessive. Wine recommended was good. We had a good meal and we will be back on our next visit (as a side note, Caceres is excellent for a touristic weekend).

There were three of us as a family for dinner. We had high expectations. The Caesar salad was very good, with plenty of chicken and crunchy. However, the eggs with ham and the scallops were just okay, nothing special. And, yes, as I've read in other reviews, the service is a bit disorganized. The second round of drinks arrived when we had practically finished.
