Had problems with room and was immediately given a new room and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to bus station, 15 minutes walk to ferry terminal. I had a really enjoyable stay at the Parador of Ceuta. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with beautiful views over the port and just steps away from the historic old town. The building itself has real character, blending modern comfort with a sense of history—especially with the ancient city walls integrated into the grounds. Clean but dated, quite noisy, right next to the army base so expect to hear trumpets. Breakfast is really really bad. No eggs, only cold cuts, no coffee, machine is broken and they only have decaf pods. I think it’s very tight for least worst between this and the Ulyses.
