I am visiting from America and Cata was the girl working. She was so pleasant, spoke decent English, and made me feel very relaxed ( I speak no Spanish). I have seen her in Dunkin’ a couple of times, and her kindness is what brings me back for my coffee.

Nice donuts but the service and staff are very bad they got our entire order wrong and did not agree to give us more straws to share the drinks. Overall very not nice experience and we would not come again

Good donuts place in España Gran Via. The staff is friendly but you should know minimum of spanish otherwise it will be hard to order. The donuts are fresh and tasty. Prices are fair for a donuts in Europe. I gave a 3 stars because of the bin inside the shop -_- I did not post the picture but everything was outside the trash bin and it was not good to eat inside. Give it a try if you are a donut lover!
