Honestly, I found it shameful. The paperless ordering machines were open, posing a risk of someone getting hurt. I placed my order at 3:10 PM, and it wasn't served until 4:00 PM. Along with this order, I placed another one, number 9, for cash payment, and they didn't charge me until 4:35 PM when they told me it hadn't gone through and made me a new one, number 43. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the new order to arrive. I understand it's junk food, but fast food... I would have waited less time at an à la carte restaurant. I just went through the drive-thru a little while ago, and I've attached a photo of the fries you gave me with my order. It's literally a disgrace, since the bag is empty. I know they're not very expensive, but that's no excuse for ripping people off and not filling the order properly. Obviously, when you go through the drive-thru, you don't stop to check if the bag of fries is full, especially when you just dump it all at the bottom. It's a real shame. I'm not going to complain about fries where the gas tank costs more than your place, but you're definitely the worst burger joint in the entir

The only thing that makes it stand out and different from other Burger Kings in Spain is the building, right on the main promenade in Puertollano. That's it. Both the delivery and in-store service could be improved. So could the cleanliness of the restrooms.
