The tasting menu here is amazing, each dish is very good, but having the opportunity to try so many and such variety brings the meal to another level. I would not want to pick just a few and miss out on trying the others. The way the dishes are cooked and served also seems best appreciated in small tasting portions. Favorites for me were the hake pilpil and dessert with truffle. The service is excellent.

This is arguably the best restaurant I’ve ever been to, I was fortunate to visit some other Michelin star restaurants whilst travelling in Spain, but this topped them all, each dish blew me away. I had the most amazing seat on the bar watching the chefs perfect their craft, it was perfect. I was in shock when they brought me the bill, you will not find better food for that price anywhere worldwide, they could easily be charging double. If you’re near Santiago please visit, could not recommend enough!

What an amazing meal. This was my first proper meal in Santiago on the day I arrived. You can do a la carte since they don’t have that many items on the menu, but I opted for the tasting. The amesaposta option ends up getting you a total of 11 plates. The first portion was an appetizer sample of 3 different pieces followed by 8 different plates of some of the best things I’ve ever eaten and ended with 2 different types of desserts. That’s a total of 11 different plates. I mean it when I say every single plate was original and delicious. Not a single thing was disappointing. If anything, I k

Highly recommended. Excellent value tasting menu (#amesaposta) for just slightly more than €50 allows you to sample most of what is on the a la carte menu (including 2 desserts). Excellent, refined Galician fare. A carefully curated wine list, including wines from Galicia, wider Spain and further afield complements the dishes. Good by the glass selection. (The wine list includes names such as Equipo Navazos, Envinate, Antonio Miguez Amil, and Nanclares y Prieto, …) I would choose to eat here again if I return to Santiago de Compostela.
