I would not want to pick just a few and miss out on trying the others. The way the dishes are cooked and served also seems best appreciated in small tasting portions. Favorites for me were the hake pilpil and dessert with truffle. The service is excellent.

I had the most amazing seat on the bar watching the chefs perfect their craft, it was perfect. You can do a la carte since they don’t have that many items on the menu, but I opted for the tasting. The amesaposta option ends up getting you a total of 11 plates. Excellent, refined Galician fare. A carefully curated wine list, including wines from Galicia, wider Spain and further afield complements the dishes. Good by the glass selection. (The wine list includes names such as Equipo Navazos, Envinate, Antonio Miguez Amil, and Nanclares y Prieto, …) I would choose to eat here again if I return to Santiago de Compostela.
