Cuisine is imaginative with creative twists of classical dishes, resulting in very interesting flavor combinations. The kimchi croquetas are a must. I also thought the beef cheeks were amazing, although my wife thought the sauce was too sweet. The cheesecake is a great end to the meal.

Everything was of quality and without being too fancy they added nice touches to the generally flat and very traditional castillian cuisine. Loved the chestnut rice with deer and the Presa with chimichurri. Very Recommended!
