C★★★★★A great Japo/Peruvian with your classic fusion dishes + extraordinary seasonal additions. For the foodies out there: this is one of the few places in Zurich you can get fresh wasabi (flown in from Japan weekly), as well as the impossible to find fresh carabinero. We had the black cod - a classic but a goodie - and the sea bass ceviche. Solid safe bets. And then the most fascinating dessert - ginger sorbet with matcha, puffed rice, olive oil and coriander. We will be back for the chocolate foam with wasabi ice cream!
