Having only been to the other Costa in town up until now, I wondered why we're 2 in the same town. Now I get it, this Costa has a much nicer atmosphere, its bigger, quieter, nice decor and shows off the local architecture. Service was a bit slow as there was only one staff member behind the counter, but i didn't mind waiting. Chocolate tiffin was delicious as always

The atmosphere here and staff especially middle age lady who served me this morning with glasses she’s so lovely and friendly, the Bacon sarnie and Hazel Hot Chocolate are brilliant too! The furnishings and cleanliness is a bit better to the other one here in Abingdon. Thank you

Ed was so friendly and kind tonight at Costa on the Bridge! The other Costa (on the marketplace) had closed 3 minutes early and turned me away, so then I walked to the Bridge Costa and arrived bang on 5pm when it had just closed on time, but Ed still made me a takeaway mocha with hazelnut that tasted absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for the kindness and great coffee, Ed 😊 I also heard a regular saying goodbye to him by name as he got up from a table and left - it's the personal touch!

New staff have no idea what they’re doing, can’t handle a rush and got my order wrong. Asked for oat and got whole milk when I have an allergy. Needs more staff horrible service
