A and V Townsend★★★★★Having only been to the other Costa in town up until now, I wondered why we're 2 in the same town. Now I get it, this Costa has a much nicer atmosphere, its bigger, quieter, nice decor and shows off the local architecture. Service was a bit slow as there was only one staff member behind the counter, but i didn't mind waiting. Chocolate tiffin was delicious as always

Emma★★★★★Ed was so friendly and kind tonight at Costa on the Bridge! The other Costa (on the marketplace) had closed 3 minutes early and turned me away, so then I walked to the Bridge Costa and arrived bang on 5pm when it had just closed on time, but Ed still made me a takeaway mocha with hazelnut that tasted absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for the kindness and great coffee, Ed 😊 I also heard a regular saying goodbye to him by name as he got up from a table and left - it's the personal touch!
Mae★New staff have no idea what they’re doing, can’t handle a rush and got my order wrong. Asked for oat and got whole milk when I have an allergy. Needs more staff horrible service
