In the past this has never been an issue and staff were happy to do it. However, over my last 2–3 visits, the experience has really gone downhill. When I ask for it extra saucy now, some staff get weird about it, insist it already is extra saucy when it clearly isn’t, and then say they have to charge extra. I have absolutely no problem paying extra — I’ve even asked them to charge me — but if I’m paying more, I expect to actually get what I’m paying for. I’m n
