I’ve been coming to Pepe’s for years and usually order the rice box. I always ask for it extra saucy because if I don’t, it’s very dry. In the past this has never been an issue and staff were happy to do it. However, over my last 2–3 visits, the experience has really gone downhill. When I ask for it extra saucy now, some staff get weird about it, insist it already is extra saucy when it clearly isn’t, and then say they have to charge extra. I have absolutely no problem paying extra — I’ve even asked them to charge me — but if I’m paying more, I expect to actually get what I’m paying for. I’m n

Great food and great customer service. Updated: The loaded fries with chicken is a must try something different very tasty. Update: Tried the Korean lamb burger. Succulent burger. Obviously look nothing like the displayed pictures and bit on the expensive side.

Chips cold asked for chicken well done!! And got this chewy not well done chicken instead paid for half chicken and the leg piece was non existent!! Partner order new burger look nothing like the picture!! Waste of £30!!
