Great little Subway. Been coming here for years, and the quality has been superb every time. Staff always greet you with a big smile and it goes a long way in helping you feel welcome. I’ve been to many Subways where this hasn’t always been the case. The 2 gentlemen in the black shirts are always on the ball during the daytime. During the evenings I’m served by a younger gentleman with braided hair and he’s always polite. Highly recommend the place. Excellent food, excellent service 5*

This subway is levels above other subways in the region, all staff members are always friendly and welcoming. Recently they have had the addition of screen service which has made the ordering experience very simple as you can browse all the available options, if you ever have issue the staff are more than happy to help you find what you want. When they make your food it tastes delicious and fresh even if you take it away, I couldn’t recommend it more !

Absolutely shocking, there is hardly any steak or cheese on this subway, we always use brownhills and the food is plenty and nice from there, but aldridge well need to look after customers and make sure they get what they are paying for Head office should be informed about this

I really had very bad experience in this subway , I just went to pick up my food the man treated me in very shit way. Staff is really irresponsible they don’t even care about their customers, they just listen songs and chill with each other . I was waiting for my food when I asked for my food the man started yelling and abusing me . I don’t know who the man is , he just don’t know how to behave with people. After this I never visited this subway and I will not at all recommend this place to anyone.
