Jeanette Shepherd★★★★★Had a bra fitting with the lovely heather today. What a lovely lady. Picked out lots of different styles and checked what fitted me and what didn’t. Made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Shout out to heather 🥰
Jack Thompson★★★★★Staff in store really nice. Great cafe upstairs for lunch. Good selection of things to eat & drink. Great selection also downstairs in the food hall and easy to use checkouts
Sana Siddiqui★★★★★Old is gold.. and M&S definitely is! The quality is top notch, worth what you pay for, and out of most hight street brands I always find my kind of style here.
D B★★No respect for queues whatsoever in the food hall section of this M&S. I live locally to this M&S and choose to support British businesses so I shop here quite often. Over the past few months I have started to become bothered by how chaotic the queues are. The signage clearly says to queue on the right side of the self checkout tills where the nuts and snacks are. However on the left side of the tills there aren’t any “no entry” signs so people often go that way to bypass the queue that’s on the right. Last week I was queueing properly and one till freed up, as I was walking towards it someone
