I visited Chunky Restaurant today and ordered the Double Chicken Fillet Burger. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken fillet was very dry and rubbery, and the burger itself was cold. It felt as though it had been prepared without any care. The presentation was also awful just looking at the burger completely put me off, even before tasting it. The customer service was equally poor. Ordered the Value Box. It was excellent and the chicken was exceptional. The fries were average not soggy but at the same time not crispy as I would've expected. Did observe that it was not freshly fried but sat at the display. Service was quite good. The atmosphere was up to expectations and was clean and tidy.
