Rarely go to Nandos but this branch is changing my mind. The staff are amazing, very considered and flexible with your order and time. They actually want to help and make a effort beyond expectation. Its something other branches don't do. I went in for just ice cream and had no issues, will visit more for ice cream and hot foods. Ice cream machine is working all the time, is topped up very often and is great. Food is hot, well cooked and is presented well.

Haven’t had a Nandos in quite a long while. I noticed the chicken was definitely smaller than I remember, lol. We had a whole chicken between 2 with 4 regular sides but left feeling like I could have eaten more. Our order didn’t take too long to come and the restaurant only had a few other tables in use. There was a new ketchup (at least I hadn’t seen it on my last visits) which was a hot flavour - a bit too much kick for me but would be great if you like hot spices. Ordered for takeaway yesterday, I think I need to just get the message and stop ordering from Nando’s overall. Do you think it’s acceptable to serve food in this state? As expected the sunset burger was very dry and just loaded with mayonnaise. Barely any chilli jam and a very dry chicken thigh with no sauce. Highly disappointed and won’t be wasting another penny here.

Ordered a Sunset Burger (Thighs, Sunset Spice) as a takeaway after a long day at work — the last thing I needed was to be served food that wasn’t fit to eat. The bun had visible blue/mould spots on it. That’s not a minor issue, that’s a food safety failure. Nando’s isn’t cheap, and the whole point of paying for a meal after a hard day is to actually be able to eat it. Instead I’m left hungry and frustrated. I’d strongly encourage management to review how long buns are being kept before service. This shouldn’t happen to anyone.
