Great vibe, night we attended the live band were there. The live singer was amazing. Drink service was slow, food was plentiful. My main gripe was why don't they take the gills out the fish head, because of this the fish was tainted. Only realised this once I had got home as I was unable to finish, due to the large starter selection. My party had a great evening and we said we would return.

Been a few times but this time the service was appalling. The waitress, Augustina, did listen to one of my children's orders. At the end, when she summarised the order, I reminded her of his. She snapped at him "Why didn't you tell me", I had to sharply reply with "he did". She returned 5 minutes later to ask me what I had ordered, because she had forgotten. Write it down! Everyone's food arrived, except mine. 20 minutes later and 2 compliants later it arrived. The side dish was missing. I asked where it was and she said it was not ready. The food was good. At the end I asked for a discount

I visited this place on Sunday 15th March 2026 for lunch. We drove 1hr 20mins to try this place out despite the bad reviews about their customer services. When we got there the first person I met was very unapproachable, unbelievably he was like their manager or of higher position as he seemed to be the one taking payments and using holding the card machine. I had a baby and had questions about high chair and sitting position but he kept frowning at me as if I’m disturbing him. The food was alright not extra, but the services even from higher management and not the team members is appalling. H
