Horrendous experience. Waited 30 mins for my order which was then totally wrong had to wait another 15 mins . No apology nothing . More interested in serving the drive tru ones . Rubbish customer relations and I’ll never be back. Music was so loud couldn’t hear a thing . Inside was fairly empty . The previous customers cups and rubbish in table when we arrived and after 1 hour being there was never removed by staff member who even passed by our table a few times saw the mess and walked on

One day, I visited this store and attempted to order a hot chocolate. There were three staff members behind the counter. However, despite standing at the counter for an extended period, I was not acknowledged or served. During this time, the staff members clearly noticed me multiple times, yet continued chatting among themselves without attending to me. I politely asked “Can we order?” on two separate occasions, but was completely ignored both times. Only when I raised my voice slightly for the third time did one staff member approach me. Walked in and staff were in a huddle near the drive through window and not one thought to ask me anything or take an order. Had to ask them as they stood talking. They seemed to be more interested in talking amoung them selves. Order was wrong but couldn't be arsed pointing it out as they probably didn't care, as if they had. If been paying attention they might have gotten right . Place is nice good layout plenty of space and chairs, although floor could be re done.

Awful place. The staff dont even try to stop kids. Kids running around, literally jumping off tables on bikes and scooters. Not buying anything. Staff just looked on. Bizarre.
