2 of us from the USA stopped here on our walk to have lunch. It was excellent and we bought thought it was better than it is at home. The restaurant was very nice and clean, with friendly employees. A much better experience than visiting any Subway in the states.

Have used various subways over the years but this is the worst ever.I used the touch screen but no indication where to pick up , so just queued up and it would have been quicker! It wsnt particularly busy but staff were so disorganised and counters were filthy. The staff never changed gloves and knives were given a quick wipe with a piece of paper between orders.I would hate to see a busy period. It makes me question how they get away with this cross contamination when the rules are so strict. The council inspections need to go here.AVOID

Staff are unfriendly & massively lack people skills. The service is always rubbish & orders mucked up due to staff constantly conversing with each other. Only beneficial bit is you can bring your food into the Dock Cafe & eat there where the staff are so lovely!
