Oh how I love Coffee1 Bicester, the food and coffee are great, but that's just a small part of it. For me the reason I keep coming back are the staff. Heather, Drew, Sam, Emma, Amelia, Rachel and Sally all have amazing personalities, they remember names and make you feel so very welcome. It's a tough job and they all make it seem so easy, and do it with a smile on their faces. The management at Coffee1 should be proud of these awesome people... Stu x

Coffee was fine but for the WiFi you had to give all manner of personal information just to get online. Then both of the toilets were out of order. Plus the service was slow.

Nice place that is totally dog friendly. Large enough for bigger groups and plenty of space. Staff could be more friendly and seemed very stressed at times and almost give you a blank when asking questions. Lots of dogs in here so avoid if you prefer a quieter place.
