The room was lovely - very clean and well cared for by the chambermaids who always had a smile and a 'hello'. The building itself is very interesting and the central staircase and hall looks to be full of history. Our breakfasts and dinners were delicious and obviously prepared by a chef who knows what they are doing. The dinner menu had good options for all. And finally the waiting staff were absolutely great. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were really friendly and attentive.
