I had a really great experience at Subway today. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my visit. WHERE IS MY ORDER?!! I ordered on uber eats an hour ago and you said when I called wait 5/10 minutes and the order will be here!! 45 minutes and it’s still not here!!! And now your shop is closed!! You have charged me and I have no food!! I will be coming to your shop tomorrow!! I don’t want no bullshit about you are busy. You are quick to take my money!!!

Staff polite but can't speak good English making it tedious to order. It also needs a good clean or refurbishment. Very grotty in places, including food areas such as the cookie cabinet and till/pos.

The pulled pork 6"sub was tasty. However the portions seem smaller than other subways. I didnt see the meat measured as it is in Walsall. Girls were lovely
