Food is brilliant as per usual but some of the staff that work here are really unaware and probably need some training. Every time I go in to get some lunch, the person who serves me has AirPods in talking to someone, not paying attention to customers let alone listening to the customers correctly. I find that some staff do not speak clearly enough and just mumble. So not only do they not understand what I want because I feel they aren’t listening but I don’t understand them because they are talking quietly and or mumbling. Considering this is essentially just a glorified sandwich shop I could not believe how expensive it was…. I had a 6inch wrap which had hardly any filling it and a bottle of water and it come just over £8….. Absolutely ridiculous considering I could have gone to Wetherspoons had a hot meal and a cold pint and it would’ve worked out cheaper than a crappy wrap.
