tk kwan★Extremely poor service. Coffee made wrongly and the worst of all is that the barista just put the coffee there whispering “latte” without even noticing nobody actually heard. When I questioned he didn’t seem to care. He made with the wrong milk with no apology but alleging that it was made for someone else! I was the only customer waiting for the order at that time! There’s no more coffee at the counter. My latte tasted like water as he only spent about 20 seconds to re-make it after serving with the wrong milk! This is a crazy example of uk employees who pay no respect for their work! Deplora
