I love Starbucks but this branch is extremely bad, there was no option for me to rate no star. Service is extremely bad, unpolite to the point you feel it is rude. I love Starbucks so I gave it several chances to improve. But every time I come back, the service is still the same. They NEVER get your drink right, when you tell them, they argue back. DO NOT GO THERE AND DO NOT BUY ANY DRINK.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the staff did their best. Sitting for coffee is meant to be relaxing, but coffee here will test your patience beyond normal limits. Too many online orders, which seem to take priority, which I think is unfair. Over 20 minutes queuing, and I'm about 12th in line for my drink now I've actually been served. Soulless experience where you realise starbucks don't give a damn about customer experience

This should be NO STARS NOT 1. Starbucks, The Lexicon, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your toilets are absolutely disgusting. Thankfully l hadn’t eaten food prior to attempting to use your toilets. I’m surprised health & safety hasn’t closed your premises down.
