Tetiana S-Magic Hands Massage★★★★★It was very tasty and fast. Thank you for the service. We will be back again. I recommend it.
Susan Carless★★You have to order on screens before you sit down. You can't always get a table as they have a very slow system for clearing the tables. Because they have a station for coffee and a station for food, you never get the two at the same time. No atmosphere, they've made no effort to make it pleasant, it's more like a staff canteen. If you're desperate, fine, otherwise you'll find better cafes elsewhere. Shame, as it used to be quite good.
Tasha★★★Obviously people don’t like the touch screens but not the staffs fault. Lovely staff anyway, food is great. The Australia woman who works in the Cafe is a like ray of Sunshine. Promote her! She’s been there long enough.
andrew goodwin★You need to read the comments on here marks and Spencer, get yourself down to the cafe and experience it for yourself. From queueing at the touch screens which are a bottle neck and two not working to the wasted staff member directing customers to the next available screen they can see for themselves. The dirty table that greets you. The half hour until you enquire where your meal is to be told there’s a glitch in the system we will make it for you now. This is not the first time. Sort it out marks and Spencer, this is not a normal cafe, it’s a marks and Spencer cafe god help us.
