Sara B★I had a hair in my doughball. When I had reported it to not the lady serving us but another waitress, I was shrugged off and told ok, no sorry, no compensation, just ok. Is this really professional service? I will attach the photo below. Bar that waitress, and the lack of food safety and hygiene, our waitress was extremely kind.
