I had a hair in my doughball. When I had reported it to not the lady serving us but another waitress, I was shrugged off and told ok, no sorry, no compensation, just ok. Is this really professional service? I will attach the photo below. Bar that waitress, and the lack of food safety and hygiene, our waitress was extremely kind.

Haven’t visited for a while but had a great experience in pizza express Brentwood tonight. The service was great. Not only did the food come quickly but the waitress was very attentive. She was very friendly and made sure all her customers were well looked after. Pizzas were very authentic and great toppings !
