I would like to make a complaint about the temperature in the customer seating area at your Tim Hortons location. The seating area was extremely hot because the air conditioning did not appear to be running. Instead of using the air conditioning, the fire exit door was left open, which does not seem appropriate from either a safety or comfort perspective. The heat made it very uncomfortable to sit inside and enjoy my visit. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly by ensuring the air conditioning is working properly rather than relying on an open fire exit door. Thank you for your attent

First time trying this fast food restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Tasty burgers, the lattice fries were yummy and a good cup of coffee. Everything was nice and hot and the service was quite quick but the restaurant wasn't busy. They have a really lovely range of donuts too. Clean loos. Wheelchair accessible. We'll definitely return.

Member of staff super helpful, food was.pretty good although a bit luke warm... strawberry frappe was dissapointing very watery unlike previous visits... not used this store before but they were pretty helpful and it was clean
