Normally always very happy with this place. Today.. the online menu was changed and whoever don’t obviously has no idea what they are doing, but they probably knew more than the chef who managed to send me raw peppers and onion in the food. When I called up to find out what was going on with them today… the chef said he just cooked them a little bit and that it’s ok 🥴🥴🥴🥴 get that guy out of the kitchen, and replace whoever is ruining the online menu on Deliveroo

Went to Kokoro with my daughter, terrible service. I paid for chicken katsu but I requested the sauce to be separated as my daughter does not like the sauce. The lady said I needed to pay an extra £1.80. I said I already paid for chicken katsu which comes with the sauce. She said the sauce needs to be on the top and not separately but I explain that because of my daughter I needed the sauce to be separated. She said no. I asked can I have less rice and instead a bit of noodles to replace the sauce that I didn’t have? She said no. My God what a terrible service. Never had such a horrible servic

The most disgusting chicken with sweet chilli sauce I ever had The chicken was full of skin and gum, nothing for me to eat in there I chuck it in the bin🤢🤢🤢
