Not the best experience today. Wasn't busy ordered our food got the drinks and cakes but waited ages for the panini's transpired she had not even done them. A gentleman came over to apologise and offer us a cake. My husband had asked for diet coke got full sugar coke. I had asked for a iced oat matcha vanilla latte as I am lactose intolerant. I now believe it wasn't oat as not long after leaving i have been unwell. Good job it is a intolerance however going to the cinema now so not at all happy

I wish I can review my experience with 0 star, I am not the type to leave a review unless the experience is not the worst one out there. I normally go to this coffee shop and enjoy my time and their coffee but on Friday 28th of Feb around 1000 I visited to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax after my walk. I specifically ordered vanilla latte; the order took a while so I waited and asked nicely if the coffee that was sitting there was mine, the girl said I’m making it now. Lovely friendly place to stop off for a coffee and bite to eat. The cakes are amazing and there's a nice selection of sandwiches or hot food. The staff are so friendly would recommend a visit.
