Even though I like their coffee, one of the female staff members was quite rude to me and never smiled. I mentioned that I work in St David’s, and she replied, “Yeah, I can see your uniform,” with a lot of attitude. Because of that experience, I probably won’t go there again. The male staff member who served me, however, was really friendly and nice.

When you want a sandwich in Cardiff, Pret A Manger is the place to go. Reasonably priced food which has a wide variety and is tasty. We never usually stop and sit in the restaurant as we’re always on the go but it’s kept clean and tidy and staff are friendly.

I have to say that this franchise of Pret A Manger is excellent. Kept tidy, great staff and the food is super tasty. I had visited it on two occasions and the the service was always great. I'd recommend having a breakfast or a snack in here.

Dishonest! This branch advertises itself as open until 17:00, yet at 16:30 they had the shutters half down to dissuade customers, despite clearly being open (evidenced by the number of customers sitting around at the tables). I approached the tills anyway and all three staff needed no encouragement to at once tell me “we’re closed!”. When I asked why the branch is listed as closing at 17:00, they dishonestly told me it was in fact 16:00 and that “it will be 17:00 tomorrow” (sure…). I asked where the sign was to indicate this and the facial expression of the staff member turned very angry. Th
