I love this place, it's a beautiful house, has a very warm and welcoming environment. Service is good always ready to help. Often come here for the breakfast, nothing fancy but the food is always fresh. Very reasonably priced. Prefer this rather a Toby, nothing pretentious about it, the staff knows the local, love the community atmosphere. Table is always clean, you can tell they clean it well when it's not sticky. We held the wake for our mum here as she loved to pop in for a carvery at lunchtime. We had a private room for our guests and a section cordoned off for the buffet. The buffet was exactly as the menu described. It was all hot and tasty. The chocolate brownies were huge and we even had some left to take home. Ryan and his manager looked after us well and we are grateful to them for the smooth reception.

Lovely quiet place, staff are so friendly and quick. Lisa was great our sever, she was friendly, helpful, chatty and had a big smile to brighten everyone’s day. Would recommend this place! Also their set menu is such good value for money
